SHIPPING POLICY


It is our aim to ensure that you receive your goods as efficiently as possible in the best condition.
Depending on your location, delivery times will vary but as a guide, most major destinations will be
delivered in 5 – 7 working days from the time of order. Incwadi Yothando is not liable for loss
occasioned by delay in delivery. Also please note: If an order is made during the weekend, it will only
be processed on the following Monday. For more information please contact us on

Sale Terms and Conditions
Please note that the Incwadi Yothando Terms of Service apply, along with the terms stated below.


Cancellation and Stock Availability
We reserve the right, for purpose of suspected fraud, to refuse to accept or process payment on any
order, and/or to cancel any sale concluded between you and Incwadi Yothando, in whole or in part,
if the product is not available for any reason. We will notify you if this is the case and return any
payment that you have made, and accept no liability which may arise as a result of such refusal to
process any order/sale. All items are subject to availability.
We will refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay
for the product.


Delivery
We always aim to deliver within 5 – 7 working days for any order which we accept but we cannot
guarantee any firm delivery dates. Deliveries are done Monday to Friday between 8am and 4.30pm.
We shall aim to let you know if we expect that we are unable to meet our estimated delivery date,
but, to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs,
damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.
